It’s the oneness with God when you see a breathtaking view of His creation and the comfort of that familiar scent when you’re cooking grandma's secret recipe. It’s the smile-on-the-inside felt watching a baby laugh. True beauty isn’t just an attractive person, but an attractive feeling. It captivates us. It’s all in the way we see it, but inherently in the way we feel it. When I look in the mirror I don’t focus on the flaws, but on the person that God created, in His image, inside & out. I ask You to cover me with the Blood of Jesus and fill me with Your Holy Spirit. Cause my thoughts to be Your thoughts, my desires Your desires, my will Your will, and put a guard across my mouth that I can say no more or no less than You would have me say. Keep me on the path that You have laid out for me today, and show me satan's tactics in advance.

I acknowledge the whole armor of God. I pray that every thought that satan or any of his kingdom tries to put in my mind will bounce off the helmet of salvation and return to the sender. Heal every memory that could hold me back from being all that You want me to be. I recognize that I have on the breastplate of righteousness, my loins are girded with the truth and my feet are shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace. I take up the sword of the spirit and the shield of faith.

Now, for myself and all the people I am going to refer to, I ask You to draw us to Yourself, convict us mightily of our sins, keep us from temptation, deliver us from evil and cover us with the Blood of Jesus. Dispatch angels (and I now dispatch them) to keep us from any kind of accidents, harm, injuries, illness, death, destruction, disease, pain or infection.

Bind our marriages together and make us one in You. Bind our families together and make us one in You. If there is anyone in our lives that You do not approve of, I ask You to move them out and move in the people that You do approve of. Bless every bite of food we eat, the air we breathe and any medication we take; let it help us and not hurt us. Bless our finances and give us as much as we can handle without sinning against You.

Now, satan, I come against you and your entire kingdom and I declare, in the Name of Jesus, that you cannot and will not have any part in my life or the lives of the people I refer to, in any way shape or form. You can have nothing to do with our minds, bodies, souls, spirits, emotions and wills; our marriages, finances, friendships, acquaintances and fellowships; our homes, schools, workplaces and places of recreation; our transportation, or any vehicle that could come close to us; or any decision that is made concerning anyone of us. (Now call out the name of every person that you praying for daily.)

For every person I have referred to, I now break every curse, spell and hex that may have been put out against anyone of us. I break the power of any curse from a witch, warlock or satanist; every santerian curse, roots curse, Indian curse, voodoo curse, and curse of words spoken, or anything written or any objects. I reverse the curse and send it back to the demon that brought it in the first place, AND I COMMAND THAT DEMON TO GO BOUND INTO THE PIT IN THE NAME OF JESUS. I break every ungodly emotional soul tie that is connected to any of us, in the Name of Jesus.

In the Name of Jesus and through His living blood, I bind and sever every cord of any prince or principality, any strong man and every spirit of darkness over my house at (your address). I put a Jesus Christ bloodline in between each one of you and I cut off your communications, confuse your camp, render you inactive, and cast you out, in Jesus' Name.

I bind and cast out every spirit of poverty, lack, confusion, cloudiness, mind binding, selfishness, anxiety, and procrastination. I bind and cast out every spirit of fear, heaviness, jealousy, bondage, whoredom, lying, perversion, slumber and infirmity. I plead the blood of Jesus around the property line, above the roof, and below the foundation of my home, and I bind you, satan, and your entire kingdom from crossing the bloodline. I command you for myself and the people I have just referred to, that you can have nothing to do with us or any aspect of our lives in any way, shape or form! I now call on God's warring angels to make it happen.

In the Name of Jesus, I loose myself and each family member to the power of the Holy Spirit and I speak forth blessings of prosperity, clarity, wisdom, understanding, knowledge, discernment, abundance, and good health. I also speak creativity and a sound mind. I take control of my mind and reject every evil thought and receive every good thought, in the Name of Jesus. I loose myself and my children to the ministry of the Holy Spirit and speak love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance into our lives.

Satan, I take authority and command you and all your evil spirits to loose our family household and all the things you have stolen from us, including our property, income and investments, and return it seven-fold, in Jesus' Name.

I ask you, Father, that You send Your warring angels and cause them to come into our family, all the monies, treasures, properties, assets and things satan has stolen from us that have been ours through the blessings of Jesus Christ.

In the Name of Jesus, I take authority and bind every principality and strong man over (name business, job and any endeavors) at (name locations). I come against and cast out every spirit of fear, mismanagement, poverty, confusion, lack, failure and bankruptcy. In the Name of Jesus and through the power of the Holy Spirit, I loose sound management, prosperity, clarity, wisdom, knowledge, blessings, profit, honesty, success, and favor from any business associates. Father, I ask You, in the Name of Jesus, that You send warring angels to go before me to accomplish these blessings and create favor in my business.

In the Name of Jesus Christ and through His living blood, I bind you satan, and your entire kingdom so that you cannot and will not be active in (your community), in any person or animal. I come against your strongholds over every place dealing in drugs, pornography, prostitution, bars and nude bars, places selling witchcraft paraphernalia, palm readers and any place worshipping a false god. Through the power of the Holy Spirit vested in me, I tear down and curse these businesses at the roots and command them to dry up and go away. Lord, don't let me be just a warrior in Your Kingdom, but let me be a mighty warrior and frontline soldier, so that when I see You face to face You will say, "Well done, good and faithful servant; come on in." Amen.

Bedtime Warfare Prayer

Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus and repent of every thought, spoken word, deed, that was displeasing to You and any uncompleted vow that I committed to.

I break every curse that was placed on me either self-imposed or put upon by any demonic source and anything spoken over me that was not from You.

I curse every corruptible seed that was implanted in me and I command them to wither and die and I loose myself from every spirit associated with those seeds. Allow Your righteous seeds to grow and bear fruit for Your glory.

I apply the blood of Jesus over my house upon the roof, walls and floors, upon all my family members, possessions, automobiles, and my spirit, soul body and dreams in Jesus Name.

I bind up any spirits of terror, fear, nightmares, or torment, every mind-binding, evil, foul, lying and unclean spirit that may try to come and torment me in any way tonight and I muzzle the voice of the stranger. Satan, you and any evil spirit in your kingdom that could be in or around our properties, I bind you and drive you out in the Name of Jesus. Any astral projection or soul travel spirits that could be in or around our property, I command you, in the Name of Jesus, to go back where you came from.

Father, please send Your warring angels to watch over me and to hold back the forces of Satan and his kingdom while I sleep. Send your ministering angels to come and minister to me as I sleep. Holy Spirit please come and flow through me, giving me dreams, visions, health, supernatural rest and let me wake up refreshed. I pray all this in Jesus name.

Something to Ponder

2 Corinthians 5:21 (TLB) For God took the sinless Christ and poured into Him our sins. for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

Psalms 23:4

The psalmist David walked through the valley of the shadow of death and had no fear or concerns because he knew that the Lord was his Shepherd. We also must walk through our situations and circumstances in this life. Remember, we are just passing through.

When you feel that your situation won't change, seek the Lord and He will guide you through. You are not alone in this desolate place. God is with you. Cast your cares upon Him and He will give you His peace while in the midst of the valley. Remember, you are just passing through.

Just as Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were in the fiery furnace, God was with them and protected them in the midst of the fire and He will do the same for you. Praise should be apart of our daily lifestyle. When you awake, while in the shower, in your home, in your car, at work, anywhere and anytime.

" I will bless the Lord at all times and His praise shall continually be in my mouth."

In the book of Acts we hear the story of Paul and Silas being cruelly beaten and unjustly imprisoned for calling out a spirit of divination in a young girl, who was a fortune teller. Besides the trauma of the beating, their arms and legs were clamped together in a immobile position which caused cramps and loss of circulation, and they where in a dark and cold dungeon.

Can you imagine enduring such pain and inhuman conditions? Yet in spite of the dilemma they faced, Paul and Silas began to pray and praise God. They knew how to release the most effective spiritual weapon that would allow them to enter into His presence and power.

Through their praise and worship, they were lifted into the presence and peace of God, which provide a gateway for God's power to move in their circumstance.

Psalm 22:3 says, that God inhabits ( dwells, lives, within) the praises of His people. Meaning that He is in the atmosphere of His praise. Praise is a vehicle of faith which brings us into the presence and power of God. Realistically, praise and worship is the "Get in Free" card that allows us to enter into the sacredness of His glory.

There is power in your praise!

Since praise manifests God's presence, we also realize that praise repels the presence of the enemy. An atmosphere which is filled with praise and worship is disgusting to the devil. He fears the authority of the name Jesus, and has to flee.

When the children of Judah were outnumbered by the armies of Ammon, Moab and Mount Seir, King Jehoshophat and all the people sought the Lord for help. The Lord assured them that this battles was not theirs but His. So they rose early in the morning, an Judah being the people of "praise" began to sing and praise the beauty of His holiness, and the Lord set ambushes against the people of Ammon, Moab and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; and they were defeated.

There is power in your praise!

When God's children begin to praise and worship Him with our hearts it sends the enemy running!! God's presence responds when we praise and worship Him, it evokes His presence and power to flow in our midst.

I encourage you today, to become a person of praise and you will experience the power through your praise.

Scripture Reference: 2Chronicles 20, Psalm 22:3, Psalm 34:1, Acts 16:23-26

-- Post From My iPhone

Childlike Faith

Today I received and email from a friend that blessed me and inspired this writing. Below is an excerpt from the email.

Those of us who are parents probably can testify to this: When your child(ren) were babies, they had not one single worry. It was innately in them to trust you as mommy or daddy to feed, cloth and protect them. Stress was nonexistent to them because mommy and daddy would handle it.

My question to you, How come it's so difficult to put that same childlike trust in our Heavenly Daddy?

In Matthew 6:25-34 paraphrased, Jesus says, therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? If I clothe the lilies of the field, shall I also clothe you?

Our Father knows what we need before we ask Him. (Matthew 6:8) Therefore do not worry. Yesterday is gone and tomorrow is yet to be. Whatever you are worrying about, don't. Today, tell yourself, " I am not going to worry because my Heavenly Father is going to take care of me." Use your childlike faith and believe that your Daddy will take care of you and is already working it out for you.
-- Post From My iPhone

The Great I AM

Lately I have been in a somber mood, allowing life's issues to weigh heavily upon me. But on yesterday, God sent one of His precious angels from Twitterverse to remind and encourage me of what the scripture says from the book of Exodus.

Exodus 3:14 tells us, "And God said to Moses, "I AM WHO I AM". And He said, "Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, I AM has sent me.

God is so awesome, words cannot fathom of His greatness. He sent that precious angel to reach down and encourage me from the pit of my despair. She reminded me that He is the I AM.

Exodus 6:6-7 says, " I AM THE LORD; I will bring you from the burdens of the Egyptians, (life issues). I will you rescue from their bondage, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm.

I don't have to worry and neither do you about the Pharaoh's of this life, God is able. You have called out His name, you have prayed and prayed, but still you sense silence. And yes, this silence can be difficult and frustrating.

The Bible tells us about God's servant Job, who knew God's silence. When Job was suffering and in pain he cried out to God, he prayed and prayed for answers, but his cry for help was met by God's silence.

Just as Job did not hear God's voice, we are not going to always hear His voice. But Job gives us a testimony that we can benefit from when God seems silent. Sometimes we need to just be still and examine our lives. Asking God to bring anything that is not pleasing to Him to mind. Psalm 66:18 says, "If I regard iniquity in my heart, The Lord will not hear." Ask God for forgiveness of those things that might hinder you from hearing Him. Keep in mind that repentance is an act of faith that restores our relationship with God.

Hebrews 13:5 says, "I will never leave you nor forsake you." we have to trust and understand that God is in control and though He may seem silent, He is at work in our lives.

Job 13:15 says, "Though he slay me, yet I will trust Him." There is nothing in our lives that God does not have knowledge of. He is Omniscient. Just as He was aware of things that would happen to Job, we also know the He was fully in control. He never relaxed His hold on Job, and will not on you.

Though God may seem silent concerning your circumstance or petition, we have to remember that He is always in constant communication with us through His Word and in it is the answer to all life's problems, His character and all He has in store for our lives.

Through the Storm

For the Lord is good and worthy to be praised!!

James 1:2-4 says, My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trails, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have it's perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.

In this season many are going through a storm and it seems that in the midst of the storm it is difficult to see. In John 16:33 Jesus says, "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."

There is a benefit to your suffering. The trials that we face in this life come to improve our faith, producing patience and endurance. It may feel like you are alone but hold on, have faith. God is in control.

Seek God's voice through the storm and He will guide you with wisdom and understanding. Romans 10:17 say, "Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." So what are you going to do with what you have heard?

Father God...I come to you in midst of my storm seeking your voice while standing on your promises. I come to you believing that You are working everything out for my good. I will continue to stand in faith. These trials that I face are temporal but your word is eternal. I stand today knowing that this too shall pass and soon I will see the rainbow beyond the clouds. Thank you Lord!!! In Jesus Name. I have had the blessing of meeting someone special who has left such a profound impact on me.

I met this gentlemen back in 2007 at the church I belong to. When I first met him, I thought he was just a nosey guy, you know those type of people who just want to get all up in your business? Well that's what I thought he was trying to do, until I had the chance to know him better.

We've had many conversations, but on this particular evening we were on the phone having a enjoyable conversation and out of the blue he asked me, "What is on your heart?" I thought to myself, okay why is he asking me this?" I got very quiet and tried to avoid answering the question. You may say that's not an unusaul or difficult question, but for me it was a very difficult question. You see, I was the type of person to hold my feeling inside for fear that people would think I was weak or vulnerable. Yes, afraid of people getting to know the sensitive, tender side of me and yes, it may sound strange!!! So when he asked that question, I immediately got quiet and wanted to end the conversation. Well, he wasn't having it, he would not allow me to get off the phone, unless I hung up on him. (which I would have never done. :)) I began to get emotional because this was a difficult place for me to enter. He told me, "You don't have to run from the pain anymore, and you don't have to say a word, just go on and let it out." WOW!!! Why did he say that, it seemed everything that I have ever dealt with emotionally came out, all the tears I never cried ,all the hurt and pain that I have endured and held on to, it all spilled out.

This man, this angel, through his gentleness, kindness and love helped me to expose a side of me that I was afraid to show. Some may say, that's nothing, but to me it was huge hurdle to overcome and I sometime wonder had not met him or if he had not been the willing vessel to be used by God, would I still be in that bondage of fear. Thank you Lord!!!! He has been an encourager, protector, confidant and a cherished friend. I am truly blessed and grateful to have him in my life.

We sometimes wonder why a person is in our life, well I believe that God never makes a mistake!!!

Changes

Has God been shifting some things around in your life? Taking you from your familiar routine and maybe it doesn’t feel good?

Well, we tend to be a creature of habit, always wanting things to remain the same, we want what feels comfortable, and we simply don’t like to embrace change. So, maybe it appears that God is shifting some things around in your life and maybe it’s not going the way you would have liked or planned.

Exodus 14:10 says, When Pharaoh drew near, the Israelites looked up, and behold, the Egyptians were marching after them; and the Israelites were exceedingly frightened and cried out to the Lord.

Does that sound familiar? That is what we sometimes do when we are taken out of our comfortable position, we become fearful or worried.

Verse 11-12 says, and they said to Moses, “Is it because there are no graves in Egypt that you have taken us away to die in the wilderness? Why have you treated us this way and brought us out of Egypt? Did we not tell you in Egypt, let us alone; let us serve the Egyptians? For it would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians than to die in the wilderness.”

The Israelites did not like the changes that would take place; they wanted to go back to what was familiar. Just as we do, we sometimes want to be left in our comfortable position, a place where we are familiar with the routine. The Israelites began to lack faith in God and their fear caused them to forget what He had had already done in their lives. Have you also been lacking faith in God? Has fear or worry caused you to forget what God has already brought you through? God says, “I am with you all the days (perpetually, uniformly, and on every occasion), to the very close and consummation of the age.” And He will never in any way fail you nor give up nor leave you without support. He says, (I will) not, (I will) not (I will) not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let (you) down (relax My hold on you)!

God wants to elevate you to a new place that He has promised you. But in order to do that, He has to shift some things around in your life.

Verse 13-14 says, Moses told the people, “Fear not; stand still (firm confident, undismayed) and see the salvation of the Lord which He will work for you today. For the Egyptians you have seen today you shall never see again. The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace and remain at rest.”

Do not worry; be still, have faith, for God is positioning you for what He is about to do in your life. Reflect on what He has already done and know that He is a God who is faithful to His promises.

Verse 15-20 (paraphrased) says, The Lord said to Moses, “Tell the people of Israel to go forward! Lift up your rod and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it; and the Israelites shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea. The Egyptians shall realize that I am the Lord when I have gained honor and glory over Pharaoh, his chariots, and his horsemen. And the Angel of God Who went before the host of Israel moved and went behind them; and a pillar of the cloud went from before them and stood behind them. Coming between the host of Egypt and host of Israel was a cloud and it gave darkness to the Egyptians, but it gave light to the Israelites.”

God told Moses to tell the children of Israel to go forward. We also have to continue to move forward, though it may not feel good and it may look impossible in our own strength, but with God all things are possible. His strength and power are made perfect (fulfilled and completed) and show themselves most effective in (your) weakness.

The Angel of God was traveling ahead and paving the way for the Israelites. You are not alone, that precious Angel is doing the same for you. He is traveling ahead and moving things out of the way, so that you will be able to enter this new place that God has prepared for you. So, whatever shifting around God is doing in your life, do not be afraid or worried. Put your faith not in your own ability or strength, but in God’s. He is able to (carry out His purpose and) do super abundantly, far over and above all that we (dare) ask or think (infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thought, hopes and dreams). Be still and know that He is God!

Kevina World~2008

The Peace of God

The peace of God is a place that we can freely enter.
This peace is not as the world gives, but only as the Creator of peace can give (John 14:27)
A place that is absent of fear, worry, intimidation, stress and loneliness.
A place of freedom, that is personal and between you and God.
This peace is a place of contentment, that is calm and serene.
A place where we can fully rely on and trust in God.
For the word of the Lord is saying that, I will keep you in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on Thee. So you hold on anyway, by that single thread of strength.

Well, that single thread, that kind of strength that you are holding on to, cannot be your own. It can only be from God. It’s not that you are not strong, but He is stronger. 2Peter 1:3 says, “His divine power is given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue”. HIS DIVINE POWER! We have to understand that God is so much Bigger and Greater than we think. He is beyond our thought realm, our idea, and concept that we have of Him. (Isaiah 55:8 says, “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are my ways your ways,” Says the Lord.) There is nothing beyond His ability.

So, no matter what you are going through, you have the blessed assurance of God’s love and His promises. You can solely rely on Him, that He has all the strength and power you need. It’s guaranteed, because His promises are forever. There is nothing beyond His ability, whether it’s a marriage to be reconciled, debt cancellation, a memory to be healed, a sin to be forgiven, healing and wholeness in your body, whatever it is that is paralyzing you, God can heal it. Take it to Him. Imagine this for a minute, if God has the power to create and sustain the universe, how can you think His power is insufficient for you? He says in II Corinthians 12:9 “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.”

Stand on His promises! He is more than able to sustain your marriage, finances, faith, hope, and health. HIS DIVINE POWER has given to us, everything we need, all the strength and all the support we need, it’s in Him.
Could it be that just maybe we need to stop relying on ourselves and rely on Him? Psalms 55:22 says, Cast your cares on the Lord. Humble yourself before Him because He promised to lift us up.
